This opportunity is intentionally cross-disciplinary. You will learn and practice product management, human-centered design, design thinking, cloud engineering, DevSecOps, and agile delivery alongside AI-assisted development and modern software architecture. The program emphasizes learning-by-doing: participants work through realistic product development challenges including understanding customer needs, defining requirements, building AI-enabled applications, testing, and deploying production-quality software.
The selection and development process is competency-based and multi-dimensional. Candidates are evaluated for demonstrated capability, technical aptitude, learning agility, and problem-solving — not just resumes. The evaluation includes AI-powered pre-screening, technical and behavioral interviews, GitHub and portfolio review, code-quality assessment, and collaboration/communication evaluation. Advancement in the program is based on demonstrated proficiency rather than fixed classroom time.
